It's hard to believe, but my blog is a year old today! I actually started it on February 29,2008, but there's no 29th this year, so March 1st is practically the same thing. I've started this painting of strawberries today. I'll post the finished painting later, or tomorrow, once it's finished. Thanks to everyone who visit, and leave comments on my blog from time to time. It's been a fun year! and, I'm looking forward to many more.

ReplyDeleteI have another question for you. Maybe you could show us a photo or two of your actual set-up table and how you light it? I am right-handed, and I always have my table to the left of me, usually with natural lighting from the left also, and it looks like you've got it set up differently. Do you put everything in a box?

ReplyDeleteCarol, thanks for the question, I have things set up to my right, because I'm left handed. I just have a big dresser that I put my objects on. I don't always use the box, but lately I have been, I like the shadows it creates inside, and it also keeps other light sources out. There is a window beside it, but usually I use a floor lamp aimed at the setup for lighting.
