I picked this yellow rose from my yard in December, and began a painting of it. I wasn't happy with the way it came out, and put it away to continue again after the holidays. (you can scroll down to see the previous work in progress pic)
I finally sat down and finished it today, using a picture for reference. I am much happier with it now.
