"Lemon Water"
Oil on 5x7 hardboard panel.
I've been wanting to try a painting with a glass of water. It was an interesting thing to paint. It's more a painting of reflections than of a glass. Since the lemon slice and reflections seemed to change every time I looked at them, I took pictures of the set up, (in b & w) and printed one out to use as a guide. I referred to the real life lemon and glass for the color.
...Thank you so much for all the wonderful comments!
